Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for individuals with strong relationship-building skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to create and execute scalable sales processes. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities in target markets, including startups, technology companies, and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of leads, prospects, and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to define sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to client needs.
• Track sales activities, follow-ups, and ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
• Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
