They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate interest and drive revenue through outreach and account management, while providing training and mentorship for career advancement. Responsibilities - Raise awareness and generate interest for Vanta through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers - Manage your own book of accounts and set the strategy for effective book management - Develop a deep understanding of Vanta’s value proposition and products to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects - Master the use of tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6Sense to identify and prioritize strategic accounts that support our move upmarket - Organize and implement a multi channel prospecting approach, maximizing your outreach efforts by developing and utilizing sequences in Outreach - Schedule meetings on account executives calendars and ensure all activities are accurately logged for tracking and follow up Skills - At least 6 months of SDR/BDR experience - Experience prospecting into large companies (500+ employees) - Enthusiasm for Cold Calling - Strong work ethic and self-motivation - Ability to adapt and problem solve - Strategic mindset for managing accounts - Mastery of tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6Sense - Organizational skills for multichannel prospecting Benefits - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% of employee-only benefit premiums covered for most medical plans - 16 weeks paid Parental Leave for all new parents - Health & wellness stipend - Remote workspace, internet, and cellphone stipend - Commuter benefits for team members who report to the SF and NYC office - Family planning benefits - Matching 401(k) contribution with immediate vesting - Flexible PTO policy, plus 80 hours of Sick Time - 11 company-paid holidays - Virtual team building activities, lunch and learns, and other company-wide events!
