They are seeking a motivated, entry-level Sales Development Representative to help drive growth by creating new opportunities for the sales team through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and determine next steps
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, follow-ups) to generate new opportunities
- Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Managers
- Maintain consistent daily activity to build pipeline
- Research prospects and identify new opportunities
- Support the sales team with quotes, order details, and customer communication
- Confirm order details and ensure accuracy before handoff to operations
- Track all activity in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to deliver a strong customer experience
Skills
- 0–2 years of experience (sales, customer service, hospitality, or similar)
- Strong communication skills (phone + email)
- Willingness to make outbound calls and handle rejection positively
- Organized, detail-oriented, and coachable
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- CRM or Microsoft Office experience is a plus, not required
