As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and providing support with their health care coverage applications. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide guidance and support, and help them make informed decisions about their health care coverage. This is a limited-service (temporary) full-time position, with an anticipated duration of approximately 4 months.
