About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Professional to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our Media and Advertising Operations team, you will be responsible for designing and executing the functional components of our advertising efforts, from pre-sale direction and media planning to campaign setup, analysis, optimization, reporting, and invoicing. Your primary focus will be on video advertising for our flagship product, Disney+, as well as other digital assets, including websites, apps, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 1 Data Entry Specialist in supporting assigned sales representatives and related clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing
- Responsible for delivering effective media plans that drive revenue growth
- Allocate team responsibilities while contributing to and aiding the effort management
- Perform all tasks related to campaign management, including stock valuation, media plan creation, order entry, dealing, streamlining, reporting, and invoicing
- Ensure the Data Administrator is fully trained on campaign execution and able to address all related questions
- Act as the primary point of contact for any escalations on complex issues or requests regarding stock, advertising products, or campaigns
- Assist Sales, Finance, and Accounting in revenue tracking
- Investigate and resolve advertising delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Advertising Platforms support
- Test potential advertising tech vendor integrations and provide input on contract discussions
- Ideate, execute, audit, and advance operational cycles that drive quality and efficiency
- Analyze usage and execution of digital stock to develop strategies and products that boost revenue yield
- Develop, tutor, and foster ability, including training future recruits
- Develop and update internal documentation to explain processes and best practices
- Collaborate with regional teams and serve as a local center of excellence for different offices across EMEA
- Stay up-to-date with TWDC's advertising tech stack and system, and follow industry developments
Experience We Expect From You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in data entry and media operations. The ideal candidate will have:
- Graduate-level education or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of general experience in the advertising industry, either publisher/agency side or in advertising tech
- Group management experience
- Master in defining and advancing processes
- Deep understanding of determining, planning, dealing, and managing advertising campaigns for display and video across websites, apps, social media platforms, and connected TV conditions
- Shown ability in executing campaigns, creating precise and applicable experiences, and enhancing execution
- Solid understanding of automated advertising, technologies that power it, and key players in the space
- Awareness of general data security and privacy requirements connected with digital advertising
- Ability to represent the organization in external meetings and events
- Media or entertainment brand experience is helpful, as is knowledge of the cycles and strategies of a global partnership
- Essential ability together and promote the executive's frameworks (e.g., Google Advertising Manager), advertising server frameworks (e.g., DV360), and management of Creative Labels and Tracking to support and lead the assigned team
- Knowledge of Immense activation for digital campaigns and related requirements
