This fully remote, relationship-based sales position involves contacting warm leads to schedule appointments and helping clients understand their coverage options while providing ongoing training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Contact warm leads to schedule virtual or phone appointments
- Build trust and guide clients through coverage options
- Work with 10–15 families per week (full-time)
- Learn and use mortgage protection and retirement solutions
- Grow into leadership by mentoring and developing new agents
