Job Description:

As a Technology Analyst - Data Entry Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including Air Tasks, Client and Business, Framework and Services, and People and Finance. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of applications used by our teams, testing applications, and providing metrics to showcase progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business clients to conduct requirements analysis and develop quality technical solutions
• Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and departmental guidelines
• Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementing solutions to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
• Act as a resource to ensure effective communications among business and Technology teams
• Participate in systems and acceptance testing

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement preferred
• Basic knowledge of technical environment required
• Openness to Agile methodologies preferred
• Essential understanding of project management processes
• Strong analytical and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under close deadlines
