Oracle is a leading company in data and cloud solutions, and they are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join their Federal Critical Support team within Oracle Health Consulting. In this role, you will support the management and execution of projects focused on resolving complex technical challenges faced by federal clients, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.
Responsibilities
• Support the creation and execution of project plans, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and staffing requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Subject Matter Experts, to drive project execution and issue resolution
• Track and manage all project-related activities, deliverables, and documentation with a high level of detail and accuracy
• Monitor project progress and report on status, risks, and changes to stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings across multiple Oracle Health teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including PowerPoint presentations and SharePoint artifacts
• Ensure adherence to established operational processes and enforce project governance standards
• Drive implementation efforts by providing direction, accountability, and follow-through across project teams
Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in project management, consulting, or healthcare IT environments
• Familiarity with Oracle Health (Cerner) solutions preferred
• Experience supporting federal clients (VA/DoD) preferred
• Required travel up to 25%
• US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
