The role involves shaping employee experience by building intelligent solutions grounded in AI/ML, translating HR needs into scalable products, and collaborating with various teams to enhance internal tools and processes. Responsibilities • Translate employee and manager workflows into tangible HR product opportunities • Build early prototypes or functional MVPs (solo or in partnership with Biztech) • Outline requirements for systems integrations between HR tools like Workday, Greenhouse, Qualtrics, RightAnswers, Airtable, Asana, etc • Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to identify HR AI/automation opportunities • Evaluate third-party AI tools for HR vs. build pathways for core functionality • Design quick pilots across decision support, communications, knowledge management, or resource planning • Define success metrics, track impact, and build product feedback loops • Collaborate with EX and BizTech to make HR AI-powered experiences both useful and scalable • Continuously evolve our HR AI strategy as new insights, tech, and organizational needs emerge Skills • 8+ years in product/program/Platform management, with hands-on experience building or engineering AI/ML-powered tools or platforms Company Overview • Ektello provides professional recruitment, employment and staffing services for the advertising, digital, marketing and IT sectors.
