Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Intogreat Solutions is a technology company seeking a Customer Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to customers regarding the Client's products, including application guidance and solutions.
Responsibilities
• Investigate and triage customer support tickets related to Client's products
• Manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely responses and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
• Assist customers with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new releases
• Provide detailed information to development, integration, and reporting teams for technical issues or tasks
• Respond directly to customers with solutions, including creating knowledge base articles as needed
• Assist with quality assurance and testing activities
• Support implementation and consulting teams as required
Skills
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
• Relevant industry experience (specifically insurance broking)
