Responsibilities
• Managing, facilitating, and executing self-storage property transactions
• Maintaining client satisfaction
• Prospecting new leads
• Analyzing market trends
• Negotiating property deals
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients
• Collaborating closely with team members to meet and exceed organizational goals
Skills
• Active Real Estate License and knowledge of relevant regulations
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Proficiency in Customer Service and client relationship management
• Strong Sales experience with the ability to close deals and meet targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Knowledge of the self-storage industry is highly favorable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
