Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Daily
- Data Acquisition & Processing: Collect, cleanse, and upload safety‑related data from multiple sources including Operational/Incident reports, ASAP, Fatigue Management, FOQA, and other safety programs.
- Trend Analysis & Reporting: Perform statistical analysis on large data sets to identify patterns, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement; generate clear, concise reports for senior leadership and line staff.
- Corrective Action Tracking: Follow up on corrective actions, ensuring timely closure and verification of effectiveness, while maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Safety Audits & Investigations: Serve as a safety auditor for Internal Evaluation Programs, lead investigations of incidents and near‑misses, and contribute to root‑cause analysis.

- FOQA Team Participation: Act as a member of the Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) Monitoring Team, oversee aircraft data streams, conduct FOQA analysis, and ensure FOQA database compliance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Interpret Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and internal policy requirements, ensuring all safety data processes meet or exceed mandated standards.
- Continuous Improvement Projects: Contribute to the development, implementation, and refinement of risk identification and safety assessment tools.
