Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Community Housing Partners is seeking candidates for a highly motivated Resident Services Specialist - Solar Savings. The role involves assisting in the coordination, implementation, and management of CHP’s Solar Savings program while engaging with the community to increase participation and educate households about shared solar benefits.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination, implementation, and management of CHP’s Solar Savings program
- Connect directly with residents—hosting outreach events, visiting CHP properties, or canvassing to educate households about the Solar Savings program and help them sign up for shared solar utility savings
- Collaborate with on-site staff, the Resident Services team, and partners to coordinate activities, track participation, and communicate program updates
- Schedule future outreach efforts, monitor enrollment goals, and ensure program documentation and budget requirements stay on track
Skills
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in one of three fields: project management/program coordination, property management leasing, or human services
- High proficiency in including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Experience in managing or selling solar or other utilities is a plus
- Smartsheet or Yardi Voyager experience is a plus
