Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the tool crib, ensuring optimal part and supply storage
• Lead and guide the crib team in project planning and execution
• Analyze operational data and generate insightful reports for decision-making
• Collaborate with colleagues and management across various levels to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain professional communication with suppliers and stakeholders for effective coordination
• Prioritize and manage projects to meet deadlines efficiently
• Operate a forklift as needed (certification required)

 

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and template creation)
• Experience creating effective presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong written communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic understanding of warehouse or industrial supply chain operations

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse or industrial environment (internship experience considered)
