The Partner Marketing Specialist role supports the Partner Marketing team by managing event logistics, campaign operations, and cross-functional coordination within the broader marketing team, contributing to the organization’s growth through the smooth execution of marketing events and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage event logistics for Partner Marketing events, including swag shipments, calendar invites, campaign creation, QR codes, and raffle forms
- Maintain accurate event documentation and logistics details
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to build, QA, and schedule emails in Marketo and Splash
- Create event assets such as landing pages, banners, graphics, and social media images using templates
- Manage Salesforce campaign creation, updates, and maintain naming conventions, status, budget, and engagement
- Handle list load processes for post-event lead uploads ensuring correct statuses, notes, and routing
- Coordinate with Partner Marketing and Social Media teams on event-related social media content scheduling and alignment
- Manage Webflow to promote events by publishing landing pages and tracking content versions
- Provide logistical and operational support to cross-functional teams including Channel, Field Marketing, Strategic Events, and EMEA Field Marketing
- Track and complete tasks in Asana, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder updates
- Communicate key deliverables and updates via Slack and Asana
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or administrative support (including internships or agency experience)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Proactive self-starter able to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Understanding of event planning and marketing campaign workflows
- Ability to follow templates, processes, and naming conventions consistently
- Troubleshooting skills with ability to escalate when needed
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Adaptability to changing priorities with a positive, team-focused attitude
- High ownership and accountability
- Enthusiasm for learning and growth in fast-paced environments
