As a key player in our growth, you will leverage your exceptional sales skills to drive conversions, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the company's mission to alleviate recruitment pain points through innovative HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging demo calls to showcase Speak_'s platform and its capabilities
- Follow up with freemium product users to provide support and drive conversions to paid accounts
- Assist HR and recruiting professionals in navigating the platform and understanding its benefits
- Focus on converting free trial users to paid clients, maintaining a high conversion rate
- Communicate with clients in a clear and professional manner, ensuring their success and satisfaction with the platform
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; native or American accent preferred
- Proven track record in sales, client success, or account management, preferably in SaaS or HR tech industries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and understand their needs
- Driven to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proactive approach to following up with leads
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms and technologies
- Excellent organizing skills, with attention to detail and ability to track progress
