Vantage Point Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle CX Subscription Management Functional Consultant to lead and deliver Quote-to-Cash implementations with a strong focus on Subscription Management. The role involves owning the functional design, working closely with business stakeholders, and guiding technical teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery across Oracle CX modules.
Responsibilities
• Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle CX Subscription Management within Q2C programs
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional solution designs
• Configure Oracle Subscription Management for recurring billing, amendments, renewals, pricing, and revenue flows
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align CX processes with business needs
• Integrate Subscription Management with Oracle modules such as CPQ, Order Management, AR, and ERP Cloud
• Prepare functional design documents, BRDs, and process flows
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments
• Act as functional lead, providing guidance to junior consultants and coordinating with technical teams
• Support change management, training, and post-go-live activities
Skills
• Strong experience as an Oracle CX Subscription Management Functional Consultant
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Q2C processes including CPQ, Order Management, and Billing
• Deep understanding of subscription lifecycle: creation, pricing, amendments, renewals, and cancellations
• Experience leading functional workstreams in CX or ERP implementations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in complex, multi-team environments
• Experience with Oracle Revenue Management
• Exposure to SaaS, usage-based billing, or complex pricing models
• Prior experience in a consulting or managing consultant role
• Retail experience with Co-Ops and/or vendor portals
