Responsibilities
• Drive the expansion of healthcare offerings and the growth of the health plan footprint through innovative strategies and impactful partnerships
• Oversee national and specialty ancillary networks that may include Behavioral Health, Complementary Care, Telehealth, and emerging care modalities
• Manage and optimize relationships with national and regional partners to ensure cost-effective and high-quality healthcare delivery
• Formulate and execute strategy aligned with organizational goals
Skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field required
• 10 or more years of Healthcare, with a focus on growth, strategic partnerships, and business development. Experience in sales leadership and managing cross-functional teams is highly valued
• 10 or more years: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in managed care contracting, including expertise in financial analysis, payment methodologies, contract negotiation and language, vendor and third-party network contracting, specialty and leased network management, and project leadership
• Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and partnerships in a complex healthcare environment
• Master's Degree
