The Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of creative marketing campaigns aimed at empowering educators and students, involving research, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Research and generate data-driven reports using systems such as Salesforce.com and PowerBI to analyze customer segmentation and support marketing planning
- Collaborate with marketing teams and other departments including Product and Sales on campaign development and initiatives
- Utilize project management tools like Asana to coordinate tasks, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of campaign components
- Create and modify email marketing campaigns via Marketo in partnership with team members
- Design and implement creative applications of customer information through flyers, documents, and comparative grids
- Manage logistics for national sales meetings, including travel arrangements and session planning
- Maintain and organize key department reports and data forms
- Support the execution of live conferences and virtual meetings, ensuring high-quality delivery and seamless coordination
- Assist sales representatives during online interactions and at industry events
- Participate in additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and initiative
Skills
