Litigation Attorney - Real Estate & Business Litigation Los Angeles (Remote) 1600 billable $160,000-$175,000 Base + Bonus + Signing Bonus Our client, a well-established boutique litigation firm based in San Diego, is expanding into Los Angeles and seeking an experienced litigator to take the lead on active LA Superior Court matters. This an opportunity to have maximum work life balance while making a big impact. Remote structure for LA-based attorneys Lean team, direct partner access, minimal bureaucracy 1,600 billable hour target High-level real estate, land use, and business disputes • Independently manage civil litigation from inception through resolution • Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and take/defend depositions • Handle motions, mediation, settlement strategy, and trial prep • Manage commercial real estate, lease, easement, boundary, and development disputes • Make regular appearances in LA Superior Court • Collaborate with transactional attorneys on early resolution strategies • Maintain and develop client relationships Firm Offers • Meaningful courtroom exposure and case ownership • Complex matters without inflated billable requirements • A collaborative, supportive, and lean team environment • Remote flexibility for LA attorneys • Strong long-term growth and leadership potential Must Have: • Active California Bar license • Strong California civil litigation background • Ability to manage cases independently • LA Superior Court experience strongly preferred • Real estate, land use, or commercial litigation experience a plus • Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and team-oriented mindset Signing bonus Health insurance 401(k), paid vacation & holidays All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
