The Senior Analyst position involves conducting market research, data analysis, and developing client-ready presentations to address the needs of clients in the Life Sciences industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead components of primary and secondary market research and synthesize findings to inform project direction
- Conduct advanced data analysis and translate complex qualitative and quantitative inputs into meaningful insights
- Develop polished, client‑ready presentations and reports, ensure clear storylines, accuracy, and strong strategic relevance
- Track progress across tasks, coordinate with cross-functional team members, and ensure timely, high-quality outputs
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders professionally and respectfully
- Drive strategy assessment and commercial insight generation, proactively identify themes, implications, and recommended actions
- Mentor Analysts by sharing tools, best practices, and constructive feedback
- And other duties as assigned
Skills
- A science or science-related degree from a top-tier university
- 1-4 years of full-time experience in Life Sciences Consulting
- Market Access (pricing, reimbursement, contracting) experience is a plus
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative attitude
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Superior skills in using MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
