Responsibilities
• Design, review, and evaluate occupation-specific questions and scenarios based on real-world human resources assistant workflows
• Apply practical HR knowledge to assess the accuracy, clarity, and relevance of AI-generated content
• Contribute expertise related to recruitment support, onboarding coordination, employee records management, benefits administration support, and HR compliance processes
• Review and refine prompts to ensure alignment with professional HR practices and organizational standards
• Collaborate with research teams to improve structured datasets used for training and evaluating advanced AI systems
Skills
• Strong experience working as a Human Resources Assistant, excluding payroll and timekeeping responsibilities
• Solid understanding of HR administrative processes, documentation standards, and employee support workflows
• Ability to interpret HR policies, procedures, and internal communications accurately
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous research environment
