They are seeking a Director of Sales to maintain and grow business with key accounts, manage cross-functional teams, and develop sales strategies for new opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Owns primary responsibility to maintain and grow existing annual business with key named accounts
• Manages large cross functional team in the delivery of all RAD products and services
• Provides accurate quarterly and annual forecast guidance for bookings and revenue
• Promotes RAD’s products and solutions within the assigned region
• Develop sales strategy to identify and pursue opportunities
• Clearly and concisely documents all customer engagements
• Provide detailed customer feedback for product planning purposes
• Develops and presents detailed sales strategy and progress to internal management team
• Prospects for and develops other CSP accounts as assigned
Skills
• Must have demonstrated thorough understanding of Brightspeed and Lumen organizations and sales processes with existing senior level relationships and references from both accounts
• Requires a strong 'hunter' mentality with a focus on generating new business at both existing and prospect accounts as assigned
• Must have a proven track record of selling telecommunication products and solutions (Ethernet, TDM technologies, IIoT) to Service Providers in the US
• Must have demonstrated consistent top performance within previous sales positions
• Must be a strong cross functional manager
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Must be passionate about sales and have an entrepreneurial ability to execute a business plan
• Demonstrated capability to deliver against aggressive goals
• Possess integrity, self-motivation, and professionalism to collaborate well with others
• Established industry contacts and strong rolodex of customers in the region
• Minimum Bachelor's degree or extensive demonstrated experience; MBA a plus
• Denver or Charlotte based locations are a plus
