Responsibilities
• Accurately enter large volumes of data into internal databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets
• Review, validate, and correct data to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality and data security in accordance with company policies
• Identify inconsistencies, missing information, or errors and resolve them promptly
• Update existing records and remove outdated or duplicate entries
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify data requirements and priorities
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and accuracy targets
• Follow standardized data entry procedures and quality control guidelines
Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus
• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management systems
• Strong typing skills with speed and precision
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and quality
