As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers, answering inbound calls, and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently
- Assist customers with orders, refunds, payments, and account-related questions
- Work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day, navigating multiple systems and screens
- Collaborate with peers and leaders to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

- Competitive hourly rate of $15.00, with automatic increases every 6 months for 2 years, reaching $17.00/hour

System Requirements:
- Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System (Windows 10), not older than 3 years
- Headset compatible with QVC specifications (QVC reimburses $75 for headset)
- High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)
Training and Onboarding:
- 6-week paid training period, with full attendance and participation required
- Training schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET
