Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
- Contact patients via telephone to collect payments on medical bills, negotiating appropriate and reasonable payments
- Communicate accurate information to patients in a clear, concise, and professional manner
- Review patient accounts, documenting interactions and feedback
- Set up patient payments via check, electronic transfer, or credit card
- Collaborate with team leads, management, and clients to resolve disputes and ensure patient satisfaction
- Meet or exceed established goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence
Required Skills and Qualifications:
