Key Responsibilities • Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic support to customers via phone, email, and live chat, accurately addressing their inquiries and concerns. • Efficiently resolve customer issues, complaints, and service requests, escalating complex problems to specialized teams when necessary. • Educate customers thoroughly on Zain’s diverse product portfolio, services, promotional offers, and billing procedures. • Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions within the customer relationship management (CRM) system. • Adhere strictly to established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. • Proactively identify and assess customers' needs to ensure complete satisfaction and foster long-term customer loyalty. • Process various customer requests, including service activations, deactivations, plan changes, and account upgrades. • Collaborate effectively with team members and other internal departments to guarantee a seamless and cohesive customer experience. • Continuously enhance personal knowledge of Zain’s products, services, and industry trends to better assist customers. • Uphold stringent data privacy and security protocols to safeguard sensitive customer information at all times. Required Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential. • Strong active listening and comprehension abilities to understand customer needs. • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and a keen aptitude for learning new software quickly. • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a genuine customer-centric approach. • Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting, managing time and priorities efficiently. • Proven problem-solving aptitude and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification. • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home office environment.
