About the Role We are hiring Remote Customer Service & Benefits Advisors to help serve and support our growing client base. This is not a cold-calling sales job — we work exclusively with warm leads and members who have already requested benefits information. As a Remote Customer Service & Benefits Advisor, you will receive hands-on training, a proven support system, and the opportunity to earn six figures within your first year — all from the comfort of your home.
