- Documentation Management: Request, verify, and organize essential client documentation—including collateral details, organizational documents, financial statements, and beneficial‑ownership certificates—to support loan approvals and account openings.
- Funding & Payoff Coordination: Confirm that loan funding is executed correctly, covering fees, proceeds, and payoff amounts; initiate payoff requests, lien releases, and fee refunds as needed.
- Exception Resolution: Identify, investigate, and clear exceptions or discrepancies in loan and account activity, collaborating with back‑office teams, officers, and customers to achieve timely resolution.
