Responsibilities
- Support Client Relationships
- Collect offers, approvals, and creative assets from clients
- Confirm campaign launches and provide proactive updates
- Flag client sentiment or challenges to internal pod teams
- Manage Execution & Tasks
- Track deliverables in TaskRay and ensure on-time launches
- Proof campaigns for accuracy, compliance, and quality
- Build offer sheets and confirm monthly focus models
- Collaborate with Your Team
- Participate in pod meetings, providing updates on progress
- Escalate internal roadblocks (e.g., delayed assets, revision issues)
- Keep teammates informed on client status and campaign readiness
- Support Onboarding & Launches
- Prepare creative needs for new client campaigns
- Monitor launch progress and communicate status updates
- Ensure Quality & Process Excellence
- Act as a final checkpoint for accuracy before campaigns go live
- Prioritize speed, organization, and proactive communication in all work
Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Collaborative, team-first approach and eagerness to learn
- Salesforce or TaskRay experience is a plus
