As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from our clients, conducting surveys and gathering feedback, and providing exceptional customer service. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and help our clients gather valuable information to improve their business strategies.
