They are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth by identifying and engaging potential customers through strategic outreach and personalized communication. Responsibilities - Drive growth by identifying and engaging potential customers - Connect with prospects from various sources including events, webinars, inbound inquiries, and existing database - Generate new business opportunities and expand Rewst’s reach in the MSP market Skills - 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold outreach, or lead generation - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to identify and engage potential customers through strategic outreach - Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment - Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate software value propositions - Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus - Prior experience in the technology or MSP industry is preferred but not required - Bonus: Background in customer service, marketing, or project management Benefits - Equity options - Benefits - Flexible work arrangements - Supportive work-life balance Company Overview - Rewst develops a robotic process automation technology for smaller managed services providers.
