As a Remote Administrative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including gathering accident documentation, communicating with insurance carriers and clients, and maintaining organized records. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for learning. We provide all necessary equipment for a productive work-from-home experience.
Responsibilities:
- Gather accident documentation from client systems.
- Communicate directly with insurance carriers and clients as needed.
- Master multiple client systems and applications.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and organization.
- Effectively multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Adapt to changing priorities and take on new tasks as assigned.
- Communicate professionally, both in writing and verbally.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in auto insurance or claims environment preferred.
- Strong typing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working independently.
