Comscore, Inc. is pioneering the future of cross-platform media measurement, and they are seeking an Account Manager to develop and maintain long-term client relationships. The role focuses on ensuring clients gain maximum value from Comscore data and products, driving satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, productive relationships with clients, ensuring goals and needs are clearly communicated across internal teams
- Serve as the client’s day-to-day contact, driving product usage, satisfaction, and proactive communication
- Identify opportunities for expanded adoption of Comscore solutions and collaborate with Sales to support cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Understand each client's business and recommend product or service enhancements to meet evolving needs
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, and other teams on initiatives tied to client success and regional/commercial priorities
Skills
- 1–4+ years of account management, client success, analytics, or digital media experience (depending on level)
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with audience measurement, digital media, advertising, or analytics (helpful but not required for junior levels)
