Responsibilities Provide quality nursing care to newborns from the acute phase of illness through recovery. , Support families during hospitalization and prepare them for discharge. , Participate in decision-making for the care of the child. , Work as part of a specialized nursing team in a Level IV neonatal center. , Engage in neonatal transport services as a member of the transport team. Requirements Current RN licensure to practice nursing in Michigan. , Minimum of 2 years recent Neonatal Intensive Care RN experience. Nice-to-haves BSN , Recent level IV NICU nursing experience, including experience with ECMO and infant transport. , Demonstrated effective communication and problem-solving skills. , Ability to work in a team atmosphere utilizing effective delegation skills. , Flexibility in response to the changing needs of the intensive care environments.
