Job Overview

This is an intermittent position with a flexible schedule, offering the opportunity to work anywhere between 0-40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

• Circulate among patrons to ensure satisfactory service and provide assistance as needed.
• Check out equipment, provide safety instruction, and demonstrate new equipment to patrons.
• Plan, conduct, publicize, and arrange support for special events, social activities, tournaments, and related functions.
• Teach classes and provide work guidance to other staff members as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing needs.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:

• Work experience dealing with the general public, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
• Satisfactorily complete a Tier 1 background investigation, including a National Agency Check (NACI).
