In this role, you will be crucial in enhancing and assuring the performance quality of a highly complex SaaS-based application. You will engage closely with Engineering and Product teams, leveraging advanced testing techniques to ensure the application excelled in real-world scenarios. The QA Engineer will foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders and possess the initiative to balance a diverse workload while delivering top-notch software solutions. Responsibilities • Build and execute performance testing architecture for cloud-based microservices and Point of Sale application. • Utilize advanced testing techniques to evaluate and improve the next generation of product performance. • Manually execute test cases and use automation scripts with continuous integration tools like TeamCity, Xray. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, refinement, planning, and retrospectives. • Adopt an exploratory mindset in testing and collaborate with teams to resolve identified issues. Requirements • 3-8 years of experience in performance testing of software systems, especially those using Java microservices. • Degree or Master's program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. • Knowledge of software and testing methodologies. • Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C, C++, or JavaScript. • Experience with data structures and algorithms from academic or professional settings. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Flexible to work full-time in a remote setup.
