A trusted execution role supporting a founder in carbon markets & sustainability.
You own admin, follow-ups, and reliability with some support on LinkedIn and climate-related work.
This role requires precision, speed, and judgment.

Core responsibilities
• Create, send, and chase 1–2 invoices per month
• Track expenses and submit expense forms
• Manage calendar and schedule meetings
• Write meeting minutes from recordings (in my voice, not AI)
• Send client follow-up emails immediately after meetings
• Light inbox management
• Support LinkedIn posting (posting, basic edits, coordination)
• General admin and coordination support
• LinkedIn (posting, formatting, basic engagement)
• Carbon markets, sustainability, or climate change
(through work, study, or strong interest)
