Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Manager with Product-Owner experience and mindset who can understand the context of each client, and help bring their product ideas to reality in a lean and efficient manner. Embracing the Agile mindset is key, as it’s not about specific artifacts or ceremonies, but about staying flexible and adjusting the delivery process to match the unique needs and context of each client, product, and team. You will be the key liaison between our clients and development teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Tasks
Project Management:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their expectations and business needs, define product vision and project goals, and translate them into actionable plans.
- Develop and oversee project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, time, and cost parameters.
- Ensure transparency and provide regular progress and financial reporting to the client.
- Facilitate communication and manage expectations between stakeholders and development teams.
Product Ownership:
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and market demands.
- Define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with clients and the development team.
- Ensure that delivered features align with the agreed MVP scope or product vision.
- Drive iterative delivery by ensuring regular releases and incorporating feedback loops.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, product ownership, or a similar role in software development.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and exhibiting an agile mindset.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, or similar project management platforms.
- Knowledge of software development processes and technology stacks commonly used in building marketplaces, SaaS, and AI products.
- Monitoring tech trends and experimenting with new solutions to find better ways to serve our customers and teams.
- Keeping eyes, ears and mind open for potential upsell of additional scope, but only if they truly add value to the customer. A Lean approach and respecting client budget should be the main focus.
- Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with startups and scale-ups is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines. While we prefer minimizing context switching, working on 2-3 projects simultaneously is a possibility.
- Scrum Master experience:
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Facilitate necessary Agile ceremonies to ensure clarity, keep everyone focused, drive results and maintain team engagement and morale.
- Coach teams on Agile best practices to enhance collaboration and productivity.
