The role involves providing administrative and project support, managing scheduling, tracking project timelines, and assisting with event logistics.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and sponsorship commitments to ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with the preparation of pitch decks, client materials, and meeting notes
- Maintain accurate records including contracts, budgets, and status trackers
- Support event logistics including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site assistance as needed
- Provide general support to senior team members on sponsorship and production projects
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with PowerPoint and Canva is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in partnerships, media, and live event production
