You will be instrumental in supporting the Production Team, ensuring our team is able to function in a timely and efficient way. Operating with a hospitality mindset, often under pressure, is critical to ensuring our internal and external clients are able to operate at full capacity.

On a regular basis, you will
- Support the Production team by preparing transcript files, entering data with accuracy, and managing case exhibits with a high level of care and confidentiality.
- Play a critical behind-the-scenes role in ensuring client materials are processed efficiently, securely, and in line with our high-quality standards.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by maintaining data integrity and upholding strict confidentiality protocols.
- Help ensure smooth and timely workflows that enable the Production team to deliver reliable, high-quality service to our clients consistently.
- Have constant communication with the Production team across multiple Slack channels
- Perform data entry across multiple platforms (attention to detail is a must!)
- Develop and collaborate on ideas that help improve the efficiency and workflow of the Production Team.
- Attend weekly Zoom meetings to discuss any product, processes, and company-wide updates.
- Be in constant training (since processes change due to product updates)
- Assist the Production Team in additional daily y as needed
- Have 1:1 meetings with Team Leads or management bi-weekly/monthly on performance
You’re gonna crush it if
- You’ve got 1+ years of administrative or similar experience; prior court reporting or legal experience is a huge plus!
- You excel at organizing your daily tasks with impeccable attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and thrive in a digital, dispersed team where keeping everyone informed is key.
- You approach internal and external communication with a high level of professionalism and a hospitable, people-first attitude—we love people, and we hope you do, too.
- You can work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment, picking up new skills and systems quickly.
- You’re motivated to meet goals set by management and hold yourself accountable.
- You’re proactive about asking for clarification when you don’t understand a task or workflow.
- You notify Production leadership when you have the bandwidth to take on additional tasks and are eager to expand your skill set.

The production team is highly reliable and super motivated. A diverse group working throughout the country, we’re responsible for all final production of deposition transcripts.
We are tech-savvy perfectionists and collaborative team players. Not only do we work under tight deadlines, but we are also constantly evaluating and reevaluating our own processes to make them more efficient than they were the day before!
