We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Owner to lead the development of our Remote Marine Mammal Observation (RMMO) system. This role combines environmental impact with cutting-edge technology, including sensors, AI/ML, and uncrewed surface vehicles (USV’ s).
You will guide the product from early research through full deployment, ensuring regulatory compliance, technical excellence, and operational readiness.

Conduct in-depth research and document marine mammal observation regulations across the US, UK, and EU, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Explore and test cutting-edge sensor and AI/ML technologies to enhance monitoring capabilities.
Take charge of coordinating pilot testing on crewed vessels, bringing innovation from concept to reality.
Oversee data integration and remote monitoring systems, ensuring seamless functionality and insightful analytics.
Lead training and documentation initiatives, empowering teams with the knowledge and tools they need.
Drive the full deployment of the system on uncrewed surface vehicles (USV’ s), continuously monitoring performance for optimal results.
You are an experienced professional in product management, ideally within Marine technology or Environmental Monitoring;
You have an academic background in a relevant field, such as Marine Science, Environmental Technology and/or Product Management;
You have expertise in sensor systems, data integration and AI/ML applications;
You have strong skills in Project Management and stakeholder coordination;
You have excellent communication and documentation abilities;
