Job Description:
• support maintenance of integrated program plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• track initiative status, actions, risks, issues, and decisions across workstreams.
• ensure updates are complete, accurate, and submitted on time by workstream leads.
• support preparation and follow-up for PMO forums, working sessions, and governance meetings.
• produce and maintain standard PMO reports and dashboards.
• perform quality checks to ensure data consistency and accuracy before executive reviews.
• support the Change Management Lead with stakeholder lists and impact trackers
• manage PMO cadence artifacts
• support documentation of decisions and alignment across initiatives.
Requirements:
• 5+ years PMO experience
• manage PMO data plans and reporting with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and timely execution.
• ensure leadership meetings are well-organized and run efficiently
• maintain consistent tracking of risks and issues
• demonstrated experience in change management and adoption of new processes
• proven ability to collaborate effectively with Senior PMO leaders
• strong proficiency in developing clear, compelling, and executive-ready PowerPoint presentations
