Job Purpose Responsible for the end-to-end management and strategic development of collaborations with KOLs, content creators, and strategic partners to drive the success of marketing campaigns and earned media. This role requires a strategic thinking layer to identify high-impact collaboration opportunities, manage long-term partner relationships, and execute creative campaigns that deliver measurable brand growth and awareness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Partnership Strategy & Planning - Identify and analyze new collaboration opportunities aligned with campaign objectives and brand standards. - Provide strategic recommendations for partner/creator selection based on category, niche, and data-driven performance metrics. - Design creative collaboration concepts, ranging from content integration and event activation to co-branding programs. 2. Creator & Campaign Execution (End-to-End Ownership) - Develop comprehensive creative briefs for KOLs/creators to ensure effective brand messaging and objective alignment. - Manage all end-to-end deliverables, including content production, posting schedules, and event attendance, ensuring they are on time. - Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines and achieve predefined campaign goals. - Monitor and analyze real-time campaign performance, focusing on Reach, Engagement, Sentiment, and Earned Media Value (EMV). 3. Co-branding & Collaboration Handling - Initiate and manage strategic brand-to-brand partnerships to expand market reach. - Coordinate collaborative campaign activations across both online and offline channels (communities, launch events, etc.). - Maintain professional long-term relationships through personalized engagement and strategic gift management. 4. Administration & Legal Coordination - Manage the legal aspects of partnerships, including drafting contracts and negotiating terms (timelines, fees, and deliverables). - Coordinate with the Legal team to ensure all cooperation documents comply with company policies and legal standards. - Maintain an accurate and up-to-date partner database to ensure efficiency for future campaign planning. Your Success Metrics: - The total monetary value of media exposure gained through partnerships. - Achieving targets for audience reach, engagement rates, and positive sentiment. - Contribution of partnership activities to traffic growth or conversion metrics. - 100% success rate in administrative processing and timeline adherence. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing Communication, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in partnership management, influencer marketing, or public relations with a track record of end-to-end execution. - Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to go beyond administrative tasks to drive campaign impact. - Agile, highly communicative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a competitive industry.
