Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An active Vet Tech License / Certification (CVT, LVT, or RVT)
- A Veterinary Technology associate's or bachelor's degree from a NAVTA and/or AVMA-CVTEA accredited program, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of small animal veterinary experience or equivalent industry experience
- Proficient computer skills and comfort with interacting with customers and team members remotely through an online platform
- Exemplary listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask comfortably
- A team-oriented approach and a passion for collaborating with other veterinary technicians, veterinarians, and stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy and excellent customer service
