Photomules provides team and on-site photo services at over 400 youth sports tournaments annually. We're hiring photographers, team leads, and support staff in dozens of territories each month — and we need a sharp, process-driven recruiter to own that pipeline.
Post jobs, manage applications, and screen candidates (video-first hiring funnel)
Source photographers and event staff in targeted regions via job boards, social media, and local groups
Send offers and coordinate onboarding handoffs to operations
Track hiring metrics and hit monthly goals (10–12 hires/month)
Have 1–3 years of recruiting experience (volume hiring or event/contract staff preferred)
Are highly organized and process-minded — you know how to run a clean funnel
Work independently and move fast — no hand-holding
Have experience in high volume recruiting, 10+ hires per month.
Hourly or project-based (flexible depending on fit)
