**Overview of the Role**
As a Part Time Customer Service/Sales Lead, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment. You'll work closely with the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary objectives will include:
* Modeling arenaflex's core values and philosophy, and setting a positive example for the rest of the receiving team
* Driving improvements in friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering a consistently great experience to all our customers
* Maintaining a clean and orderly front-end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions
* Coordinating meal and break periods and monitoring schedule adherence
**Key Responsibilities**
* Model arenaflex's core values, philosophy, and back-of-house standards and execute strategies for the receiving team
* Drive improvements in friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering a consistently great experience to all our customers
* Maintain a clean and orderly front-end area, troubleshoot issues with registers and transactions
* Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence
* Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor to resolve customer complaints and issues
* Develop and implement strategies to improve sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Provide training and coaching to associates on customer service and sales techniques
* Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
**Requirements**
* Availability for a flexible work schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
* Physical ability to lift and transport boxes exceeding 40 lbs. and be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a dynamic retail environment
