As a Part-time Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in representing our dealer clients favorably online and converting website traffic into leads. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in online conversations with individuals inquiring about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions. You will provide accurate information, address customer concerns, and schedule appointments, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although this is not necessarily required. You should be able to type at least 35 words per minute, with a preference for 40 words per minute or above. Additionally, you should have a strong foundation in basic internet and window-based computer skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be required to attend 4 weeks of training, which will take place on Tuesdays to Saturdays between 10:00 am and 6:30 pm CST.
