We are a growing IT services company looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations.
This is a part-time, flexible role focused on keeping things organized, handling communication, and helping streamline business operations. You will work directly with the owner and play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities
• Monitor and organize email inbox
• Respond to basic client emails (templates provided)
• Schedule appointments and coordinate jobs
• Send invoices and assist with basic billing
• Follow up with clients on open requests or jobs
• Keep documents and client information organized
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Good communication skills (clear and professional)
• Reliable and responsive
• Comfortable using computers, email, and basic software
• Ability to work independently and stay on top of tasks
Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Experience with administrative work
• Familiarity with IT or service-based businesses
• Experience with tools like QuickBooks, Google Workspace, or CRM systems
Schedule
• Part-time: 5–10 hours per week
• Flexible schedule
• Remote preferred (local is a plus but not required)
Pay
• $18–$25 per hour depending on experience
