The Operations Data Specialist is an operational integration support position within the HOAM Ventures Transformation Team, providing accounts payable, budget data entry, and other data entry and support functions.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct initial review and coding of all invoices for assigned office(s) in a timely and professional manner
- Meet and or exceed the volume and production expectations for processing invoices daily
- Escalate any invoice discrepancies to Supervisor as needed for further investigation and or resolution
- Assign and add vendors within the portal tools with relevant supporting documentation.
- Enter approved budget for associations for assigned office(s) in a timely and efficient manner, with specific attention to detail on mapped chart of accounts to align with Associa and operational standards
- Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external business partners while offering unsurpassed customer service
- Other duties and/or special projects may be assigned to meet business needs; Incumbent will follow other job-related instructions and perform other job-related duties from time to time if requested by department management
- Occasional overtime may be required
